This week was really a work week. We didn't do much other than that, and so this weekend was pretty much a relax weekend. I did how ever decorate my kitchen! Its so cute now!

    Roland and I were taken out to eat by my boss! She took us to have beef! It was our first beef since leaving the U.S, and Roland eyed is as it charred on the hot grill.

 I didn't mess with the color, the coals are purple hot! and the meat was salted and you can see in the distance a green salad, that we loved, a radish and vinegar soup that was also tasty!

 Here's a look at the meal as it cooks, the egg is cooking in a trough there is roasting garlic and onion on the right side and you can't see it but kimchi is cooking on the other side the meat in the middle.  It was so yummy!

As with all meals of this kind you end with a starch and Roland usually goes for rice, but I am a sucker for cold spicy noodles!  It was the best! Evidently we can only get these noodles at this restaurant.  We will definitely be going again!
