Cauliflower Pizza Dough

I was super surprised at how good and easy it was to make pizza dough out of cauliflower.

1 cup of  riced cauliflower (in a food processor)
1 egg
1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese

Mix all together then pour on to a non-stick pizza pan. You can use wax paper but don't use tin foil.
Place in an oven at 450 F for 12 to 15 minuets.  Add pre-cooked toppings and place under a grill/broiler till the cheese is  toasty.

My soon to be Mother In-Law and I really liked it!

A good tip is to  cover the entire crust when you put it in broiler/grill so that the edges don't burn.

Our toppings were in order from crust to cheese:
Garlic infused oil
Towel dried tomato slices ( this isn't really a dough, so the extra moistness of tomatos would be difficult for this crust)
Torn Basil leaves
Fried ham
Saute mushrooms
Mozzarella and Feta cheeses.

I hope you try it! It was super tasty and very low in Carbs!
