Today we went shopping at a center about 15 mins drive from where we are staying.  I was on a mission of the highest caliber. I needed to find a dress for our Engagement and Goodbye party that we expect will be the weekend before we leave for America.
This is the dress I bought.  Tune in later to see it in action!  I tried on probably 7 dresses. The ladies in the shoppe were sweet and fun and very helpful. Roland was a great sport.  I had told him in the car that nothing but a  "beautiful" dress would do. Since he is a guy and the most  I tend to get out of him is "it's fine" or "meh it's cute"  This dress actually achieved the "it's beautiful"  First one ever! I'm really excited to wear it somewhere anywhere really!
We got home early and I made chicken in garlic rosemary lemon sauce.

4 cloves of garlic minced.
2 chicken breasts cut into chunks
2 lemons juiced and a little zest
2 Tbs of butter
3 Tbs of rosemary
1 and 1/2  cups of cream
2 Tbs of olive oil
1 Tbs of  protein powder or flower
1/3 cup of shredded Parmesan

Put the oil in t a pan with one Tbs of butter and heat it up. Once hot add the minced garlic, wait  one min then add the chicken to prevent the garlic from burning.  Add the rosemary  and let the chicken get a little golden. once  the chicken has be turned to get a bit of color on all sides add the lemon juice, while stirring add the cream.  Place the powder or flower into a small cup and add several  spoons full of the hot sauce, and mix till its  a thick paste.  Add it to the pan with the remaining  butter, the parmesan and lemon zest. Salt and pepper to taste let simmer for about 20 mins. Serve with roasted potatoes or pasta.  Its really good with frozen broccoli added to it as well!
